Welcome to the Southend Construction service information page. We are your first port of call for project management of any home improvement or home extension plan that you may be considering. Our goal is to provide you with the very best in dedicated and highly personalised service, and to make sure that the finished result is even better than you had hoped.

We are a family started business over 29 years ago that has recently been passed down to Michael, the son of the founder. Our quality control standards are high and we take genuine pride in our work. The many recommendations we receive, and unsolicited referrals to new projects, stand testament to the consistent customer satisfaction that we have maintained. One of our primary objectives is always to focus on quality of materials and finish. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance.

We can’t recommend Southend Construction more highly. They have done a series of projects for us – both big and small – since 2011. Projects range from the simple – creating loft space, putting down outside decking, fixing hard to reach gutters and downpipes, as well as fixing a leaking toilet which created significant damage to our ceiling – to the more complex! Some of these include: gutting a bathroom with rotted joists and timbers underneath and rebuilding from the “ground” up, getting a new flat roof built for us – which is 30 metres up – within a few days, and rebuilding a tricky front porch roof which had seen better days. Most importantly, beyond being a talented team with well over 50 years of experience in the building industry, they are very nice people who we are happy to have in our home.
