We can’t recommend Southend Construction more highly. They have done a series of projects for us – both big and small – since 2011. Projects range from the simple – creating loft space, putting down outside decking, fixing hard to reach gutters and downpipes, as well as fixing a leaking toilet which created significant damage to our ceiling – to the more complex! Some of these include: gutting a bathroom with rotted joists and timbers underneath and rebuilding from the “ground” up, getting a new flat roof built for us – which is 30 metres up – within a few days, and rebuilding a tricky front porch roof which had seen better days.
